Refund policy
48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a dress hire. A hire credit of the amount paid will be provided which is redeemable within 12 months, bond and postage will be refunded. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the dress is lost or stolen payment in full of the RRP is payable.
If the dress is severely damaged the amount of repair will be recovered from the bond.
You agree to notify glow maternity hire immediately of any damage that occurs during hire duration.
